Andre Puschmann 333a85e039 ci: remove travis CI 
the Travis CI has worked for years but eventually required to get credits for FOSS projects
to execute. We've tried to add credits and it worked several times but always required manual
exchange of email between us and support staff.

Since github actions now include the same and even more checks without any extra work
we are going to remove Travis CI from srsRAN.

srsRAN

srsRAN is a 4G/5G software radio suite developed by SRS.

The srsRAN suite includes:

  • srsUE - a full-stack SDR 4G/5G UE application
  • srsENB - a full-stack SDR 4G/5G e(g)NodeB application
  • srsEPC - a light-weight 4G core network implementation with MME, HSS and S/P-GW
